For those keeping track of the memes of 2017, February just got it’s first major meme. It’s called “Roll Safe” and features a screenshot or GIF of actor Kayode Ewumi grinning and pointing to his head. He’s playing the character Reece Simpson (a.k.a. “Roll Safe”) in the web series Hood Documentary.

The meme is set up to make fun of poor decision making and failures in critical thinking. Over the past 10 days, we’ve seen the Roll Safe meme appear again and again, gaining lots of points.
